It has been a massive night in East London – the grandest final ever. 1200 people came and rocked the Village Underground until the morning hours…
Our men of town, REEPS1 and HICKS, came down to fight with their weapons of choice – paintmarkers vs. brushes…eddings vs. old skool animal hair…well done, both of ‘em…Get the whole impressions here!

As written previously, I’ve been shooting at the Havana Club 100 Minutes Party at the Village Underground, where the Monorex crew battled the Intercity boyz. Graff vs. Gallery I’d say. Big contrast in styles, pretty cool idea…Check out some more pics on the usual suspect blogs…

The monorex team has designed and significantly influenced the latest issue of the “Illustrated Ape”-magazine…as they only printed 2000 pieces, you might be one of the lucky b****** possesing this ultra styled issue in the monorex-design. Probably you might be able to get a copy for yourself still at ape’s webshop…
Good seeing the pics used somewhere else than in this piece here previously – hehe. Big up to Monorex and the Ape!!!

Nice little party at the Reebok Lounge yesterday hosted by Teck1 for his solo show. Went down there, shot some people.
…unfortunately BethnalGreen Council hasn’t paid its electricity bill, so half of the town was dark and the “vna launch” of issue number 7 stopped earlier than expected. Some people at Teck1’s somehow did manage to get their copy early enough.

The SecretWars-boys settled down for a night at a South-Kensington area, far away from the dodgy, lovely, beautiful EastEnd. Jimi Crayon & Mr K vs. Teck 1 & Inkie fought for the best. The drawings by Teck and Inkie won. Marvellous detailed, high quality painting, as expected. I know why I stick to photography, rather painting myself…hehe…The part-III battle still goes on every other week at JunoBar, Shoreditch.
